Program Supervisor, LCSW
CASES is hiring a Program Supervisor to lead outpatient mental health services at our Nathaniel Clinic in Harlem. This is a Program Supervisor leadership role is for an experienced LCSW with strong supervisory skills and deep knowledge of CCBHC, Medicaid, and OMH regulatory standards.
You’ll oversee licensed clinicians, ensure compliance, elevate clinical quality, and support efficient, outcomes-driven service delivery for adolescents and adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision and training to staff and make recommendations on clinical services, procedures, and engagementEducate staff on Outpatient services and procedures as well as OMH/CCBHC regulationsReview and approve assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and crisis documentationSupport evidence-based practices including motivational interviewing and recovery-oriented careConsult on complex cases and crisis interventionsHelp ensure we maintain a safe working environment by reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions, e.g., liquid spill in hallway, to the appropriate facilities staff member or supervisorPartner with the Clinic Director on program operations, quality improvement, and staff trainingQualifications:
New York State LCSW (required)2+ years of supervisory experience or 3+ years as a licensed outpatient clinicianExperience with SMI and co-occurring substance use disordersWorking knowledge of Medicaid billing, OMH regulations, and CCBHC standardsProficiency with EHR/EMR systems, PSYCKES, and HealthixSpanish fluency preferredJob Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually
Location: Harlem, NYC (public transportation accessible)
