**Title: Sales Representative/** **Outbound Telesales Representative**
**Location: 100% remote – prefer EST/CST candidates. PST is okay only if they work CST/EST hours.**
**Duration: 3 months**
**Chance for Extension (Y/N): Possibility (Based on budget)**
**Schedule: Daily Schedule & OT estimate: Monday-Friday, 40 hours, no OT**
**Pay Rate Range:** **$19.32 - $21.32**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Recommend Microsoft Modern Workplace and Security Suite products based on customer needs and interests.
+ Engage regularly with prospective and existing customers to demonstrate product value and close sales.
+ Provide accurate estimates on prices, contract terms, warranties, and delivery timelines.
+ Distribute product samples, catalogs, and promotional materials as needed.
+ Maintain client relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
+ Identify new prospects through directories, referrals, and industry events such as trade shows and conferences.
+ Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product innovation.
**Top Required Skills & Experience:**
1. **Solution Knowledge:** Minimum 8+ years of experience with Microsoft solutions, particularly Modern Workplace and Security products.
2. **Sales Acumen:** At least 5+ years of demonstrated sales ability and business development experience.
3. **Collaboration:** 5+ years of experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and leveraging shared resources.

+ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
+ Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
**Education & Certification:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training required
**Candidate Requirements:**
+ **Experience:** 8–10 years in sales or related fields
+ **Preferred Background:** Prior Microsoft or non-profit experience is a plus
+ **Disqualifiers:** None explicitly listed
