**Responsibilities**
1. Enhancing Customer Experience and Engagement
An Outbound Security Product Manager will organize and facilitate security briefings, Customer Value Councils (CVC), focus groups, and CISO forums. These touchpoints are vital for capturing customer needs, sharing security insights, and ensuring that customer perspectives directly shape our security strategy. Without this role, we risk reduced visibility and responsiveness for US-based customers.
2. Translating Customer Feedback into Business Requirements
Customer feedback is not consistently captured and translated into actionable business requirements today. The Outbound Security Product Manager will formalize this process by documenting requirements, identifying trends, and conducting competitive analysis. This ensures our offerings remain aligned with evolving customer expectations and market demands.
3. Driving Collaboration Across Security Teams
This role will bridge protection, detection, response, and remediation teams from design through go-to-market. Embedding customer insights across the lifecycle ensures solutions that are both technically robust and tailored to regulatory and customer needs.
4. Creating and Managing a Security Content Hub
The Outbound Security Product Manager will establish a centralized hub of security resources. This platform will provide best practices, threat insights, compliance guidance, and educational materials that empower internal teams and customers.
5. Delivering Timely Security Updates and Education
To keep pace with the evolving threat landscape, the role will ensure that customers and stakeholders receive regular updates and educational content. Proactive communication reduces uncertainty, improves adoption of controls, and strengthens customer trust.
6. Measuring Customer Satisfaction and Driving Improvement
By defining and tracking KPIs focused on security services, this role will continuously assess customer satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and drive enhancements quarter after quarter. This ensures our security program remains responsive and competitive.
7. Supporting Customers in Audit and Regulatory Compliance
Customers face increasing audit and compliance requirements. This role will provide clear resources and guidance to streamline compliance processes, reducing the burden on customers and reinforcing our position as a trusted partner.
