**About The Role:**
As a CBRE OT Deskside Technology Specialist, you will provide research and analysis support to the Operations Technology department. They are responsible for providing level 1 and 2 technical supports for CBRE clients.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Follows standards and guidelines to install, configure, customize, troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain OT-related workstations, printers, wireless devices, handheld devices and peripherals.
+ Assists with project-related tasks, as directed by Regional Manager/Regional Director which includes but is not limited to basic networking tasks, cable tracing, workstation/server deployment and basic configurations on OT systems and endpoints.
+ Advocates understanding with clients on the benefits of the IT service provider model to help foster collaboration
+ Provides quality service and takes ownership in resolving incidents / service request, tracking end user systems and device inventory resulting in timely and efficient resolution to incidents / service request evidenced by meeting clients’ needs, meeting or exceeding CBRE’s SLA’s and accurate data for asset management
+ Proactively seeks information and utilizes creative problem-solving skills along with standard operating procedures
+ Demonstrates relationship building, effective communication skills and quality service in the process of supporting, advising and educating clients on the use of end-user computing hardware.
+ Demonstrates relationship building, effective communication skills with team members and third parties in the process of resolving incidents / service requests, knowledge transfer resulting in efficient and effective incident management.
+ Keep communication open with managers and other IT Team members
+ Demonstrates the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms, catering to the customer’s technical skill level.
+ Demonstrates an understanding of the customer's concerns before providing solutions.
+ Demonstrate empathy when working with clients
+ Contributes to hardware, software, services and enhancements by identifying when established procedures are not working and there are gaps in processes and makes recommendations for improvements
+ Develops and edits customer and technical support knowledge base documentation
+ Provides after-hours support for incidents, outages and projects when necessary
+ Demonstrates quality service by actively contributing to customer satisfaction through advocating for CBRE’s clients’ needs, escalating incidents and requests, resulting in meeting or exceeding client satisfaction metrics
+ Travel to various locations outside of the corporate office

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial- related calculations.
+ High degree or familiarity with some or all the following technologies: Windows 10, OSX, iOS, Microsoft Office, Internet Browsers, Local Account Management, Installs and removals, Registry, Command line, Service management systems, System Management Tools, and VPN
+ High degree or familiarity with some or all the following hardware: Desktop / Laptop, iPad, iPhone, Android Phones, Printers, Video Conferencing equipment, IP phones

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the OT Technology Specialist position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the OT Technology Specialist position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
