OT Security Project Manager Job ID 230876 Posted 29-Jul-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Digital & Technology/Information Technology Location(s) Plano - Texas - United States of America About The Role: As a CBRE OT Security Project Manager, you will oversee a small to medium sized team responsible for managing and implementing detailed project schedules from proposal to implementation. This role is a 6 month contract. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. What You'll Do: + Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. + Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. + Assist the team with developing requirements and cost projections for projects. + Execute training and development plans for more junior team members. + Prepare regular reports for upper management review. + Evaluate team operations and financial performance regularly. Suggest improvements on how to be more cost effective. + Maintain department budget and expenses. + Ensure all employees comply with company rules, policies, procedures, and regulations, while meeting established productivity targets. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. + Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
