The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the **OSS domain** with proven hands-on experience providing **L2/L3 support for Netracker** . This role requires a proactive professional who can troubleshoot complex issues, support system stability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. **Responsibilities** + Provide **L2/L3 support** for Netracker OSS applications, ensuring high availability and performance. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, problems, and service requests within defined SLAs. + Collaborate with engineering, network, and operations teams to address root causes and implement permanent fixes. + Support ongoing OSS enhancements, upgrades, and integrations. + Document processes, incident resolutions, and best practices. + Act as the SME for Netracker, providing guidance and knowledge transfer to junior team members. **Qualifications** + **5+ years** of experience in the **OSS domain** . + Hands-on expertise with **Netracker OSS** systems. + Strong background in **L2/L3 support** (incident, problem, change management). + Experience working in telecom environments (fixed or wireless networks preferred). + Solid understanding of OSS/BSS processes and integrations. + Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. + Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with **telecom service providers** or large-scale OSS deployments. + Familiarity with related OSS tools and network inventory systems. + Based in **California** or open to relocation (preferred).
