A member of our recruitment team will provide more details. **Job Summary:** The Issues Management Vice President reports to the Operational/Enterprise Risk Management Director and is responsible for all aspects of the Issues Management program. Primary responsibilities include managing and improving the Issues Management Standard, Procedure, IT application, training, reporting, quality assurance and oversight. The ideal candidate understands related regulatory expectations, risk governance and can effectively partner and communicate with stakeholders such as FLOD, SLOD, TLOD, regulators, and senior management. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design the enterprise-wide Issues Management methodology to meet regulatory expectations, adopt industry best practices, and align with management priorities. + Work with technology teams to maintain and improve the issues management GRC application. + Deliver training to help stakeholders meet requirements and follow best practices. + Provide dynamic and insightful reporting to committees, management, and regulators that drives accountability and monitors progress against key performance targets. + Oversee Issues Management practices to ensure requirements are met and positive outcomes are achieved. + Serve as a trusted advisor and collaborate with stakeholders to address emerging risks. **Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience in a risk and control role in financial services + Experience in designing, implementing, maintaining, and leading an issues management or similar enterprise-wide program. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel. + Experience working with OpenPages. + Understanding of bank regulatory environment and expectations. + Ability to manage access to confidential information. + Adapts to change, adjusts priorities accordingly, and allocates necessary resources to achieve objectives. + Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across teams and earn respect as a collaborative partner. + Demonstrates effective negotiation and influencing skills. + Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize, manage and execute multiple priorities concurrently; includes an ability to independently drive work, and pragmatically solve problems. The typical base pay range for this role is between $125K - $164K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
