Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyone! **Responsibilities** + Serve as the main point of contact for customers on assigned Original Equipment projects. + Manage the project portfolio from Purchase Order receipt through Cash Collection. Accountable for on-time delivery of backlog, cash flow, margin, and customer satisfaction. + Ensure full compliance with the contractual scope of supply, delivering according to contractual timelines and technical specifications. + Maintain clear and proactive communication, building strong customer relationships that reflect Flowserve’s Purpose, Values, and Behaviors. + Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional project team members. + Lead risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle, applying continuous improvement and Lessons Learned practices. + Ensure proper management and completion of all project documentation. **Requirements** + B.S. degree in Engineering required, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. + Project Management certifications (PMP or equivalent) will be highly valued. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. + Strong ability to manage complex situations and lead multidisciplinary teams. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written + Preferred technical knowledge of rotating equipment and/or related applications. + High proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. + Availability to travel, approximately 15% of the time.
