The Position
At Novo Nordisk, interns will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced industry professionals and gain valuable, hands-on, full-time work experience. For 12 weeks, interns will be immersed in the environment of a 24/7 commercial scale bio-production facility and contribute to the business by providing sustainable and meaningful project work. The Organizational Support Internship will work alongside site management in one of our manufacturing departments to execute 3 projects involving: review and map status of department daily performance meetings and visual boards, update internal department Microsoft SharePoint page plus creating work instructions for future updates, and create a concise visual guide to map out key department deliverables throughout the year. This role will require someone who proactively reaches out to stakeholders across the site to gather information and feedback. The projects will require someone who is adept at creating visual aids and visual guides for a wide audience, and who can take raw data or feedback from coworkers and turn it into an easy to understand visual representations.
This role may be required to enter our sterile/cleanroom areas which require wearing: hairnet, beard cover, frocks/coveralls, shoe covers, snood, face mask, sterile gloves, and to follow GMP processes at all times. Examples of prohibited materials in cleanroom areas may include (but are not limited to): food/drink/gum, jewelery, cosmetics, nail acrylics, perfume/cologne, and personal cell phones.
This role is based onsite at our West Lebanon, NH bio-production facility. Work schedule is: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm. The Organizational Support Intern will occasionally be required to attend 7AM meetings as part of their assigned projects.

Essential Functions
Attend regular department meetings to document compliance with internal company standard regarding expectations of daily performance boards. Perform maturity mapping of performance boards. Document required annual deliverables throughout the calendar year for assigned department, and multiples levels of leadership. Turns this information into easy to understand visual aids. Engage with coworkers to understand their day to day business functions to gain understand of how assigned projects apply to operations. Perform data entry related to projects in sharepoint, microsoft office, or other business software utilized. Be able to incorporate feedback from wide variety of stakeholders and perspectives in the creation of visual content which is intended for a wide internal audience. Able to adapt the daily work schedule to a fast paced manufacturing environment where schedules and business priorities can change unexpectedly. Create work instructions and/or visual guides related to use of Microsoft SharePoint by employees. Use of Microsoft Office for creation of visual aids. Perform all job duties and responsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and industry codes. Qualifications
Must be currently attending an accredited four-year college or university pursing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. At this time, Novo Nordisk is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future would require sponsorship for employment visa status
