Our client, a leader in organizational development, is seeking an Organizational Development Coordinator to join their team. As an Organizational Development Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the Organizational Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Organizational Development Coordinator
**Location:** St. Louis, MO
**What's the Job?**
+ Administration and Support of our New Associate Orientation (NAO) Program: Manage all NAO logistics including scheduling classes and facilitators based on availability, making room reservations and ensuring room set-up, ordering and maintaining all materials, maintaining current vendor contracts.
+ Administration of the Learning Management System: Maintain program rosters and participant evaluations as subject matter expert on the functionality and full use of the LMS, including creating classes and updating associate training records.
+ Assist with the Development and Tracking of the OD Budget: Track spending throughout the year and meet with the OD managers regularly to review budget status and make needed adjustments.
+ Customer Service: Provide strong customer service to the OD team, HR team, associates, managers, and vendors, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
+ Associate Development Center Backup: Serve as a backup for the associate development center as needed and assist with support of other OD related programs & solutions.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience in administrative support or coordination roles.
+ Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
