This role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of organizational change management activities with Business Management process harmonization initiatives – including identification of key stakeholders, change assessment/gap analysis on business processes and tools, communications strategy and training activities. This role will also be a key contributor to Northrop Grumman’s digital transformation efforts. This position is available for telework or located in Falls Church, Virginia and will report to the Corporate Director of Business Management.

Position Summary / Responsibilities

Develop change management strategy and plan to drive adoption of new systems and initiatives by utilizing a standard method and tools.Ensure change management and training plans are in place for corporate and sector adoptions of enterprise-wide solutions/capabilities.Partner with business management functional leads or council(s) to ensure that processes, PROP and metrics, across the sectors, are revised to align with strategic priorities/requirements.Assist sector functional leads to drive standardization and process harmonization while ensuring business needs are metAssist in identifying process pain points, assess change and determine the cost/benefit of implementationAid in defining processes that require enhanced automation to drive valueEnsure focus areas for change align with corporate and sector priorities and requirements align with enterprise-wide objective for standardization.Create broad-scale and targeted internal-based communications, including email announcements, and prepare/conduct presentations for leadership briefings.

We are seeking a candidate with the following:

Proficient computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and make independent decisions, ensuring high levels of collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts in a team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated ability to effectively communicate through presentations and influence others.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in business management and/or project management efforts.Previous experience lead or management experienceWorking knowledge of change management design, communication, training, project management and effectiveness practices.Experience in program control, financial reporting, or pricing and estimatingExperience with SAP business systems.Previous experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry.  

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; organizational design, culture change, people performance, and agile methodology.Effectively communicate throughout various levels of the organization and experience directly interfacing with senior leadership.Exceptional people skills and ability to influence decision making at all levels of the organization.Excellent strategic thinking demonstrated consultative skills working in a dynamic and matrix environment.Proactive identification, root-cause analysis skills and communication of issues that may impede an initiative.

Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
