Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a net new, multi‑year, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role will lead change and learning activities for several business areas, driving measurable adoption and readiness across a large, complex, multi‑vendor environment.
You will operate as a trusted advisor to Director‑ and VP‑level leaders, supporting the re‑imagining of business strategies, operating models, and end‑to‑end transformational change. The ideal candidate is highly experienced, confident with senior stakeholder communication, and capable of leading change across diverse employee groups—including corporate teams, unionized workforces, field workers, and supply chain operations.
Day to Day:
Lead OCM strategy, assessments, and planning for assigned business areas.
Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership alignment, and change impacts.
Develop and deliver communications with internal teams and external partners.
Support creation and alignment of the SAP S/4HANA vision, benefits, and North Star.
Oversee training strategy and execution for all impacted user groups.
Identify and escalate OCM risks and issues.
Drive business readiness, go‑live preparation, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
Partner with cross‑functional OCM leads, SMEs,
Act as a trusted advisor to Directors and VPs to enable sponsorship and adoption.
Support broader transformation including business strategy, operating model, and end‑to‑end process redesign.

Skills and Requirements
Onsite 3 days a week
10+ years of OCM experience supporting large‑scale SAP transformation programs, preferably S/4HANA.
Change management certification (CCMP and/or PROSCI).
Experience supporting change in one or more SAP domains:
Enterprise Asset Management
Supply Chain
Customer & Billing
Finance
Payroll
Demonstrated success in multi‑vendor delivery environments.
Experience managing change within unionized workforces and across diverse audiences (corporate, field, warehouse).
Strong stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building skills; able to influence leaders up to VP level.
