Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
**How you will contribute**
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

**What you need to know about this position:**
As an Oreo Brand Specialist, your mission will be to:
**1. Data & Analytics (50%): Drive decisions based on insights**
+ **In-depth Market Analysis:** Conduct comprehensive market analysis using Nielsen, Kantar, and other relevant data sources to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive challenges within the WACAM region.
+ **Performance Tracking:** Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of the Oreo brand (sales, share, marketing KPIs, etc.), identifying deviations and areas for improvement.
+ **Profitability Analysis (PPA):** Execute profitability and performance analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promotions, providing recommendations for investment optimization.
+ **Insight Generation:** Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform brand strategy and business decisions.
+ **Advanced Excel Proficiency:** Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.
**2. Brand Building Support (50%): Support brand strategy and execution**
+ **Strategic Support:** Actively collaborate with the WACAM brand team in the development and adaptation of the Oreo brand strategy for local markets.
+ **Project Management:** Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, product launches, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
+ **High-Impact Presentations:** Create clear, concise, and compelling presentations to communicate results, insights, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
+ **Stakeholder Management:** Manage and influence diverse key stakeholders at regional and local levels (including commercial teams, R&D, agencies, and "Caricam" teams or other sub-regions), ensuring alignment and effective execution.
+ **Brand Communications:** Contribute to the consistency and effectiveness of brand communications, ensuring that the Oreo message resonates with our consumers.
**Qualifications and Experience**
+ **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Marketing or Brand Management roles.
+ **Multi-Country Experience:** Proven experience working in multi-country marketing environments.
+ **Desirable Experience:** Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
+ **Analytical Skills:** Strong numerical and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to interpret complex market data (Nielsen, Kantar).
+ **Excel:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
+ **Presentation & Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver impactful presentations.
+ **Stakeholder Management:** Demonstrated ability to influence and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders at different levels.
+ **Languages:** English B2
