Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to process B2B and direct-to-consumer orders via phone, email, and fax, ensuring accuracy in account verification, shipping details, and payment processing.
This role involves proactive communication with customers regarding order confirmations, shipping timelines, delays, and promotional opportunities, while also handling returns, complaints, and account updates professionally. The representative will coordinate with internal teams and third-party carriers to manage inventory availability, special shipping requirements, and international documentation.Additional responsibilities include supporting the sales team, maintaining accurate records, and performing administrative tasks to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
