Job Description:

Gatekeeper role is responsible for processing, creation, and assignment of orders to Order Specialist based on a complex decision matrix. They are also responsible for mapping of SAREA and Physical order, and complex order creation for services without Order Create automation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintenance of incoming worklist, mapping of SAREA and Physical order

Data Input verification and consistency, ensuring Minimum Data Set for given region/provider has been met

Assignment to TOM/SIM based on their supplier specialization, current workload, availability, as well as other factors

Complex order creation for services without Order Create automation

Communication with OM, TOM and other teams in case of missing data or discrepancy

Key Competencies & Skills:

Fluent English language (written and spoken)

Basic degree of PC literacy - MS Office & internet

Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality

Good communication and time management skills

Location: Bratislava, office-based job

Contract: Full-time, 40 h/w

Working time: EMEA

Duration: 3 months fixed contract

Start date: Ideally from 15th June 2025

Compensation: Salary starting at 1,400 EUR/gross.The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
