Job Title: Order Selector - SWINGJob Description

Join our team as an Order Selector in a dynamic cold storage warehouse. You will be responsible for order fulfillment using Crown Reach Trucks, single/double riding pallet jacks, and RF scanners. This is a unique opportunity to work in a small 19-door refrigerated warehouse, where the shipping side maintains a temperature of 42 degrees and the picking side is at a chilly 15 degrees.

ResponsibilitiesOperate Crown Reach Trucks and single/double riding pallet jacks for order fulfillment.Utilize RF scanners for efficient inventory management and order picking.Fulfill orders primarily consisting of full pallets, with some case picking for smaller clients.Ensure safe operation within the warehouse, adhering to all safety protocols.Maintain a relaxed yet productive work pace, focusing on accuracy over speed.Essential SkillsProven experience operating reach lifts and/or single/double electric pallet jacks.Proficiency in using RF scanners.Strong understanding of inventory and shipping processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in cold storage facilities, particularly with companies such as Alpine, JD Refrigerated, Kroger, Sygma, KeHE, UNFI, McLane, DPI, and Lineage.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a sub-temperature cold storage facility where safety is a priority. Protective gear such as steel-toed boots, vests, and full-body bibs are provided to ensure your comfort and safety in the cold conditions. The atmosphere is relaxed, focusing on team collaboration and quality work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
