**Job Title: Order Selector** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Order Selector to join our team. This full-time position offers shifts from Monday to Friday, with hours from either 7 am to 3:30 pm or 8 am to 4:30 pm, and includes mandatory Saturday overtime on the last Saturday of every month. The main responsibility is to ensure efficient receiving, order filling, and shipping operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping to meet daily goals and objectives. **Responsibilities** + Receive and verify documentation, SKU numbers, quantities, and overall quality from vendors. + Stock product from vendors and plants into bulk locations. + Consolidate products with the same SKU numbers in bulk locations. + Pull bulk product and place it in pick zones. + Consult with Inventory Control to resolve stock issues. + Retrieve specified products from pick locations for shipping. + Transfer cartons from shipping lanes and stack them onto pallets for loading. + Meet and maintain department quality and productivity standards. + Operate power industrial equipment safely and efficiently as needed. + Perform other duties as necessary or assigned. **Essential Skills** + Thorough knowledge of safety expectations. + Ability to support the resolution of complex problems. + Effective communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse team. + Ability to anticipate problems and recognize opportunities for improving operations. + Proficiency in using a pallet jack, RF scanner, and material handling equipment. + Experience with inventory management and order selecting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. + Basic computer skills and understanding of overall distribution operations. + Ability to read, comprehend information, and count inventory accurately. + Comfortable working in 3-level modules and not afraid of heights. + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively and frequently. + Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb stairs throughout the shift. + Flexibility to work overtime with little or no notice. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values safety, quality, and productivity while providing opportunities for growth and collaboration.
