Our client in Plano, TX is seeking an Order Processor (Service Operations Support Specialist) to join their team. As an Order Processor (Service Operations Support Specialist), you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Dell Services and COO teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Service Operations Support Specialist
**Location:** Plano, TX **(candidates must live within 30 miles of zip code 75074)**
**Pay Range:** $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
**Job Type:** Temp to Hire
**What’s the Job?**
+ Process customer service orders with accuracy and timeliness
+ Act as liaison between internal teams and customers for order tracking and issue resolution
+ Monitor and manage program-related inventory and reconcile discrepancies
+ Perform data validation and maintain accurate records across internal systems
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery
+ Proactively identify workflow issues or bottlenecks and escalate as needed
+ Assist in generating internal reports and customer-facing updates
+ Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to process documentation
**What’s Needed?**
+ At least 2 years of hands-on experience in customer support, service operations, or data entry within a fast-paced work environment
+ Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail when managing and entering complex data sets
+ Proficient in using CRM, ERP, and order management platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or Acumatica
+ Able to effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-moving operational setting
+ Knowledge of service contract workflows, order fulfillment processes, and coordination of technical or program-related services
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with a proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
