This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday either 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, or 8:30am to 5:30pm (some flexibility)

This is *not a call center* and will be mostly working off cases/queues with a high volume of emails.
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of recent order processing/customer experience, in the manufacturing industry (not within a call center).
+ Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ High school diploma or GED minimum.
+ Salesforce experience is a plus.
This role involves data entry of sales parts orders and quotes, coordinating retrofit projects, and managing spare parts kits. The specialist will work closely with the Supply Chain to monitor backlog and assist in field changes with engineering, ensuring customer databases are up-to-date. Additionally, the position requires support for audits, training, and preventive maintenance services.
Responsibilities
+ Enter sales parts orders and quotes accurately and efficiently.
+ Coordinate retrofit project management, including scheduling and parts orders.
+ Manage spare parts kits projects, coordinating parts orders.
+ Monitor weekly backlog in collaboration with the Supply Chain.
+ Assist in field changes with engineering, including parts orders.
+ Maintain and update Customer Master Database in ERP, CRM, and FSL systems.
+ Organize and produce audit and preventive maintenance reports.
+ Handle special assignments for management to support strategic objectives.
+ Arrange 'Drop Shipments' and 'same day shipments' with the Materials Team.
+ Issue Return Authorization numbers and appropriate credits for warranty and defective parts.
+ Follow up on open RMAs to ensure parts are returned.
+ Assist with special assignments to drive revenue and improve operational efficiencies.
+ Support Accounting with collection efforts when necessary.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
