CTG is seeking to fill an Order Processing Associate position for our client. Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Remote) Duration: 5 months Duties: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within established timelines. Review order details for completeness, pricing accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Enter, validate, and manage order data within SAP S/4HANA (S4) and related systems. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics to resolve order discrepancies or issues. Monitor order status and proactively address delays, changes, or cancellations. Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping for audit and financial purposes. Support billing, invoicing, and revenue-related activities as needed. Maintain service levels by prioritizing workload and meeting daily processing targets. Skills: Experience working in SAP S/4HANA (S4) or similar ERP systems. Strong data acumen with the ability to analyze, validate, and manage transactional data. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities. Solid financial understanding related to pricing, invoicing, and order-to-cash processes. Dependable, reliable performance with consistent quality and productivity. Experience: 2+ years of experience in order processing, order management, customer operations, or a related administrative/operations role. Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Prior experience supporting order-to-cash processes or working with cross-functional teams preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
