**Job Title: Order Planner** **Pay: $20–$23/hr (depending on experience)** **Location: Visalia, CA 93291** **What You’ll Be Doing** You’ll be the crucial link between customer dreams and shop floor reality. Your mission: take customer orders and turn them into: + A **Bill of Materials** (think of it as a blueprint for building cool stuff). + **Requisitions** for the Purchasing Team (they’re the ones who actually buy the parts). + **Work Tickets** for the welders, fabricators, and saw operators who bring it all to life. You’ll also manage drawings, track inventory, and make sure everything is in the right place at the right time—before someone welds it to something else. **What You Bring to the Table** + Attention to detail (you notice when someone moves your stapler). + Basic computer and math skills (Excel doesn’t scare you). + A mechanical mindset or manufacturing experience is a big plus. + You can read blueprints and CAD drawings—or are willing to learn. + You’re organized, reliable, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball. **Physical Requirements** + Mostly desk work, but you’ll occasionally venture into the shop to check inventory. + Must be able to lift 50 lbs. + 40-hour work weeks with occasional overtime. **Requirements** + High school diploma required. + College is a plus, but not required. **If you’re ready to turn chaos into order and get paid for it, apply now.
