Grab this opportunity to work with one of our client for a **Order Picker** position with pay range started from **$18/HR** where you will get the room to grow and make your perfect career Job Description Join our team as an Order Picker, where you will play a crucial role in packaging small parts for side view mirrors designed for semi-trucks and larger RVs. Your attention to detail will be vital as you inspect parts, manage inventory, and ensure accurate packaging to complete orders efficiently. Responsibilities + Inspect parts and perform inventory checks to ensure accuracy. + Wrap and package components for shipment. + Stand at a waist-high conveyor system and roll completed boxes to the end. + Use a computer to locate purchase receipts, print labels, and update inventory. + Count and weigh parts accurately. + Occasionally lift packages weighing between 25-30 lbs, with most packages weighing less than 10 lbs. Essential Skills + Experience with inventory management and picking. + Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse operations. + Experience in shipping processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1 year of warehouse experience. + 1 year of packaging experience. Why Work Here? You will be part of a team of 20 workers, collaborating in a space that includes warehouse operations, maintenance, and one operator. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
