Skills and Experience Pick retail merchandise based on pick lists, RF scanners, or system orders
Ensure correct items, quantities, sizes, and styles are selected
Pack and label orders for store delivery or customer shipment
Stage orders according to store locations or delivery routes
Maintain product presentation and prevent damage during handling
Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed
Follow safety guidelines and retail handling standards
Keep work areas clean and organized
