**Order Picker – Contract to Hire | Crystal Lake, IL** **Join a fast-paced, tech-driven warehouse team!** We’re hiring **Order Pickers** for our Order Processing department in **Crystal Lake, IL** . This is a **Contract to Hire** opportunity with full benefits and plenty of overtime available. **What You’ll Do** + Pick orders using a cart equipped with a tablet that guides you on what to pick, how many, and where. + Manage up to 12 totes per cart, each representing a different customer order. + Use an AI-powered inventory system to locate products quickly and accurately. + Load totes onto a conveyor for packaging. + Pack products into boxes using an automated system that selects the correct box size. + Assemble boxes, tape, label, and load them onto UPS trucks. + Rotate roles within the packaging department every two hours. + Meet performance goals of **100 lines per hour** . **What You’ll Need** + Experience in warehouse pick/pack operations. + Ability to walk **3–5 miles per day** . + Capability to lift up to **35 lbs** . + Familiarity with RF scanners and packing procedures. + Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus! **Why You’ll Love Working Here** + Full benefits package. + Overtime opportunities (up to 50–58 hours/week). + Highly efficient inventory and picking system. + Supportive team environment with role rotation to keep things fresh. **Work Environment** + **Shifts Available** : + 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM + 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM + Safety shoes required (lightweight composite toe gym shoes preferred). + Dress code: Long pants or shorts that touch the knee. + UPS pickups at 9 AM, 4 PM, and 7 PM. + Orientation includes a 1.5-hour training session on your first day. **Ready to join a team that values efficiency, teamwork, and growth?
