**Job Title: Order Picker** Tengo nuevo projecto para todo turnos y puro espanol esta bien **Responsabilidades del Puesto en el Área de Almacén y Empaque** + Recoger pedidos utilizando un carrito con una tableta que indica los artículos, cantidades y ubicaciones dentro del almacén. + Completar hasta 12 pedidos simultáneamente colocando los productos en los contenedores asignados. + Utilizar el sistema de inventario impulsado por inteligencia artificial para mejorar la velocidad y eficiencia de recolección. + Cargar los contenedores en una cinta transportadora para su traslado al área de empaque. + Permanecer junto a la cinta en el área de empaque, retirar productos de los contenedores y empacarlos en cajas. + Ensamblar cajas, empaquetar artículos, operar la máquina de cinta y etiquetar los paquetes. + Cargar los paquetes terminados en los camiones de UPS desde la cinta transportadora. + Cumplir con el indicador clave de rendimiento (KPI) de procesar 100 líneas por hora. **Job Description** Join our dynamic Order Processing department where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for picking, packaging, labeling boxes, and loading UPS trucks with packages. You will use advanced inventory systems equipped with AI to locate products and improve efficiency. Your tasks will include filling multiple orders simultaneously using a cart with a tablet, packaging products, and preparing them for shipment. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders using a cart with a tablet that specifies items, quantities, and locations within the warehouse. + Fill up to 12 orders at a time by placing products in designated totes. + Utilize the AI-driven inventory system to enhance pick rates and efficiency. + Load totes onto a conveyor for transfer to the Packaging area. + Stand by the conveyor in the Packaging area, remove products from totes, and pack them into boxes. + Assemble boxes, package items, operate a tape machine, and label packages. + Load finished packages into UPS trucks from the conveyor. + Meet the KPI of processing 100 lines per hour. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in warehouse distribution, production, shipping & receiving, and general labor. + Familiarity with retail distribution and food preparation. + Knowledge of inventory management, RF scanners, and packing. **Why Work Here?** We offer full benefits and ample opportunities for overtime for those who seek it.
