**Job Title: Order Picker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic Order Processing department as an Order Picker where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment. You will be responsible for picking orders, packaging, labeling boxes, and loading packages onto UPS trucks using an advanced inventory system. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders using a tablet-guided system, filling up to 12 orders at a time. + Utilize AI-driven inventory system to improve efficiency and pick rates. + Load picked orders onto a conveyor for packaging. + Stand by a conveyor to pack products into boxes using an automated system. + Assemble boxes, package items, and label them using a tape machine. + Load finished packages onto UPS trucks as needed. + Meet key performance indicators of 100 lines per hour. **Essential Skills** + Warehouse pick/pack experience. + Ability to walk 3-5 miles per day. + Capability to lift up to 35 pounds. + Proficiency in packing boxes and order picking. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus. + Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management systems. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy full benefits and the opportunity for overtime for those who seek it. The facility requires steel toe shoes and attire that includes long pants or shorts that touch the knee. Training involves shadowing a trainer with performance expectations of 100 lines per hour. No cell phones or earphones are allowed on the floor, with role rotation every two hours in the packaging department. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Crystal Lake, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.10/hr.
