**Job Title: Order Picker** **Job Description** This role involves supporting the production floor and engineering team by efficiently pulling small part products and delivering them to designated lines. You will be responsible for utilizing hand carts, bins, and both automatic and manual pallet jacks to manage materials. Additionally, you will use computers to identify and print pick lists, ensuring the accuracy of part numbers, quantities, locations, and work orders. The position requires physical activity, including walking up and down stairs to retrieve necessary parts, and leading by example to meet production needs on time. **Responsibilities** + Pull small part products and deliver them to production lines. + Utilize hand carts, bins, and pallet jacks for material handling. + Use computers to identify and print pick lists. + Verify part numbers, quantities, locations, and work orders. + Ensure accuracy in inventory and material handling. + Lead by example to meet production requirements. **Essential Skills** + Experience in order picking and inventory management. + Knowledge of kitting and verifying part numbers and quantities. + Proficiency with RF scanners and pallet jacks. + Experience in packing and order selection. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience similar to curbside pickup roles. + Understanding of inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. + Previous warehouse experience. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy the potential for a pay raise of $1-2 upon hire, room to grow into inventory management roles, and annual merit increases. The role is based in a warehouse area on the second floor next to a large production area. Employees are provided with smocks and required to wear safety shoes. The environment includes supervision by leads who manage material flow using computers. The facility includes one forklift, and temporary employees are not permitted to operate it. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
