Join our dynamic Order Processing department as an Order Picker, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. You will be responsible for picking orders, packaging, labeling boxes, and loading packages onto UPS trucks using a conveyor system. This position involves utilizing an advanced AI inventory system to improve efficiency and picking rates.
ResponsibilitiesPick orders by pushing a cart equipped with a tablet that guides you on what to pick, how many, and where in the warehouse.Fill up to 12 orders at a time, each represented by a tote on your cart.Utilize the AI inventory system to locate and pick products close to each other.Load picked orders onto a conveyor for transfer to the packaging area.Stand by a conveyor, remove products from totes, and pack them into boxes.Use an automated system that indicates which boxes to use for packing.Assemble boxes, package items, run them through a tape machine, and label them.Load finished packages into UPS trucks.Meet key performance indicators (KPI) of 100 lines per hour.Essential SkillsExperience in warehouse pick/pack operations.Ability to walk 3-5 miles per day and lift up to 35 pounds.Proficiency in packing boxes, order picking, and using an RF scanner.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
We offer a total of 10 openings across three shifts: 1st shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm), and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am). Be prepared to work 50-58 hours a week with optional Saturdays. Shifts start with a comprehensive orientation and safety training. Expect to shadow a trainer on the first day and rotate roles every two hours within the packaging department. The dress code requires long pants or shorts that touch the knee and steel-toed footwear. Please note that no cell phones or earphones are allowed on the floor.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.10/hr.
