**Job Title: Order Picker** **Job Description** This role involves working in the Order Processing department, where you will be responsible for picking orders, packaging, labeling boxes, and loading UPS trucks with packages on a conveyor system. As an Order Picker, you will use a tablet to guide you through the warehouse, picking the correct items for orders. Efficiency is enhanced by an AI-driven inventory system that identifies nearby products for you to pick. The role also includes loading totes onto a conveyor for packaging. **ALL shifts available (1st, 2nd, 3rd)** **1st Shift - 16.50/HR** **2nd & 3rd Shift - 17.69/HR** **Responsibilities** + Pick orders using a cart with a tablet that guides item selection. + Manage up to 12 totes on the cart, each representing a different order. + Use an AI-driven inventory system to identify and pick nearby products. + Load picked orders onto a conveyor for packaging. + Stand by the conveyor to pack products into boxes. + Follow an automated system that highlights the appropriate box for packing. + Assemble boxes, package items, use a tape machine, and label boxes. + Load finished packages onto a UPS truck from the conveyor. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse pick/pack operations. + Ability to walk 3-5 miles per day. + Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds. + Proficiency in order picking and packing boxes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in warehouse distribution, production, shipping & receiving. + Familiarity with general warehouse and labor tasks. + Any previous warehouse/order picking experience is advantageous. **Work Environment** This position requires comfort with working 50-58 hours per week, which may fluctuate.
