Job Description
Join our dynamic Order Processing department where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment. In this position, you will be responsible for picking, packaging, labeling boxes, and loading UPS trucks with packages using a conveyor system.
ResponsibilitiesPick orders using a cart equipped with a tablet that guides you on what to pick, how many, and where the items are located in the warehouse.Fill up to 12 orders simultaneously, with each tote on your cart representing a different order.Utilize an AI-driven inventory system to efficiently locate products that are closer to each other in the warehouse.Load the picked orders onto a conveyor system for packaging.Stand by a conveyor to receive totes, unpack items, and package them in boxes.Utilize an automated system that indicates which boxes to use for packing.Assemble boxes, package items, use a tape machine, and label the boxes.Occasionally stand in a UPS truck to load finished packages coming down the conveyor.Achieve a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of picking 100 lines per hour.Essential SkillsExperience in warehouse pick/pack operations.Ability to walk 3-5 miles per day.Capability to lift up to 35 pounds.Proficiency in order picking and packing.Additional Skills & QualificationsAny experience in warehouse or order picking is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
We have openings for the 3rd shift with options to build pipelines for 1st and 2nd shifts. The working hours are as follows: 1st shift from 6am-2:30pm, 2nd shift from 2pm-10:30pm, and 3rd shift from 10pm-6:30am. Expect to work 50-58 hours weekly with optional Saturdays. The dress code includes long pants or shorts (knee-length) and steel-toed shoes. No cell phones or earphones are allowed on the floor. Training involves shadowing a trainer on the first day and receiving coaching on the second day. Expect role rotation every two hours within the packaging department.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.10/hr.
