Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to support order logistics and provide a seamless experience for our clients. In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end order processing, track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and logistics inquiries.Accurately process and manage customer orders in the system.Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Monitor and track shipments; proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.Resolve order‑related issues promptly and professionally.Maintain detailed and accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and resolutions.Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.Collaborate with internal departments to improve order flow, communication, and customer satisfaction.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or a related field.Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.Employee Value Proposition (EVP)Strong company cultureOpportunities for growth and skill developmentJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
