Order Management Specialist
Job Description
As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client and vendor relationships, ensuring accurate information and pricing, and resolving any inventory discrepancies.
Responsibilities
+ Work collaboratively with vendors and internal site team members to ensure smooth operations.
+ Manage multiple systems such as Manhattan, Enspire, and E1.
+ Maintain a high level of technical and problem-solving ability related to the fulfillment business.
+ Ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
+ Process billing or credits accurately and promptly after thorough research and obtaining necessary approvals.
+ Enter data timely and accurately.
+ Operate various computer systems proficiently, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Develop a thorough understanding of company services and pricing structures.
Essential Skills
+ Strong experience in inventory management.
+ Proficiency in handling pricing, billing, and credit.
+ Excellent organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
+ Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Reliability and teamwork orientation.
+ Exceptional vendor/client focus and a sense of urgency.
Work Environment
This role is part of the paper/pulp team with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an option for a later shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The first 90 days are in-office for training, after which hybrid work is offered up to 3 days a week. The office is located on two floors full of offices, providing a professional and structured environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
