Order Management Specialist

Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of recent order management, order entry, or related experience within the manufacturing industry.
+ ERP experience (SAP is preferred).
+ Intermediate Microsoft Office experience – Outlook, Word & Excel.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills.
+ Results orientation with the ability to work under pressure.
+ Business acumen with the ability to proactively resolve customer issues.
+ Project management skills.
Work Environment
The standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility (if an earlier start time is needed).
Job Description
The top candidate chosen for this key role will be responsible for processing incoming customer purchase orders, confirming delivery, monitoring order backlog, communicating order status, and ensuring customer satisfaction along with achieving weekly KPI targets.
Responsibilities
+ Effectively process and track the whole life cycle of a high-volume of customer orders.
+ Process, clarify, and confirm customer purchase orders using SAP.
+ Coordinate internal processes such as drop-shipment routing, purchasing, stockroom, shipping, and receiving clarification.
+ Check inventory and release orders upon stock arrival, preparing bi-weekly reports, and ensuring delivery reliability.
+ Initiate and supervise rush orders.
+ Support the order management team.
+ Implement process improvements.
+ Lead times for orders can range from 4 months to a year.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
