 Your Role and Responsibilities


In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end order handling process, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and full compliance with internal procedures. You will play a key part in maintaining high‑quality order information within the ERP system and coordinating internally with various departments to secure timely and reliable deliveries.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Controlling, Finance and Planning.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Processing and managing orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry, proper documentation, and alignment with commercial policies.Coordinating internally with Sales, Controlling, Planning and other teams to ensure on‑time delivery and process transparency.Maintaining and updating ERP master data, including commercial conditions, order statuses, and any relevant internal references.Preparing, organizing, and maintaining documentation, evidence, and records for internal audits, ensuring compliance, traceability, and adherence to procedural standards.

Qualifications for the Role

You are experienced in administrative, operational, or back‑office environments and feel confident working with structured processes and data.

You should demonstrate:

Proven experience in order handling, administrative operations, supply chain support, or similar roles.Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with large datasets.Experience or familiarity with internal audit preparation, compliance processes, or structured documentation management.Analytical skills to review information, identify inconsistencies, and propose corrective actions.Ability to communicate clearly in English and Spanish for internal documentation and coordination.A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is strongly valued for this role.
