Order Fullfillment Specialist

Role Summary:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers for a defined order portfolio, ensuring timely, proactive, and accurate communication throughout the order lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage the full order scope and schedule, including order entry, collection, shipment coordination, and customer communications.Create, process, and manage sales orders in SAP S/4 as they progress through the site.Review customer purchase orders to ensure all required information is accurately entered into SAP S/4 and processed in compliance with site procedures, regulatory requirements, and trade compliance policies.Foster a positive and professional working environment that challenges the status quo, promotes continuous improvement, and drives an exceptional customer experience.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all internal and customer-facing activities, submittals, and approvals required to support order delivery and payment milestones.Ensure on-time shipment of goods and accurate processing of progress and final invoices, bonds, letters of credit, and other financial documentation required to secure timely cash collection.Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks on critical path items to keep order execution on schedule.Maintain end-to-end ownership of assigned orders, including final cash collection, as applicable.Build and sustain effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Support team members and demonstrate a collaborative mindset, contributing beyond immediate responsibilities when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.2–5 years of relevant experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations.Experience managing sales orders, invoices, and shipping documentation in SAP S/4.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high proficiency in English; (Advanced level mandatory)Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

Experience with SAP administration, contract review and pricing.Strong interpersonal and relational communication skills, with confidence in customer and stakeholder interactions.Additional languages are a plus.
