Description
\n\t\t\t\t\t• Provide a world-class level customer service experience to both internal and external \ncustomers.\n• Process all orders received from order review, order entry into Great Plains, to PO \nreceipt and shipping transaction in Oracle.\n• Process internal order requests such as in-service, service order, service depot, \nevaluations, and demo orders.\n• Create evaluation and placement agreements.\n• Manage demo equipment tracking and logistics.\n• Drive the order fulfillment process as liaison between customers and internal resources \nto ensure timely delivery of orders. This includes working with Operations to expedite \nparts or materials needed to meet customer requirements.\n• Prepare documentation to ship orders domestically, including Dangerous Goods.\n• Send out delivery notifications to internal and external customers, as required.\n• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders.\n• Act as a point of contact and engage the necessary resources needed to answer or \nresolve order-related inquiries and issues. Such as Out of out-of-box failures, \nComplaints, and any shipping discrepancies.\n• Research and update customer records and installed base as necessary

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
