Hubbell, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate 1st Shift to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations supporting efficient product handling and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate 1st Shift
**Location:** Arden, NC
**Pay Rate:** $17.83/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Order Picking/Filling
+ Move products to storage areas using appropriate material handling equipment.
+ Accurately build customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct packing.
+ Operate material handling equipment safely and perform daily inspections.
+ Maintain a clean and orderly work area while promoting safety standards.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
+ Knowledge of appropriate handling and safety standards in a warehouse environment.
+ Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
