The scope of Software and services department includes end to end processing of contract orders, communication with customers and resolving issues. The Contract Administration team is responsible for the accurate entry of Zebra Service Contract information into Zebra's system. They act as a subject matter specialists on all matters related to the service contract, responding to inquiries from management, Zebra's sales teams and the customer. Are you want to be one of us?


Responsibilities:
Learns and applies knowledge of Zebra's systems, process and philosophies around management of Service ContractsEnters new service contract data into the system, ensuring data accuracy and process adherenceMeets or exceeds all departmental or individual metrics associated with performance against service level agreements such as 3 Business Day turnaround time on contracts, responding to customers as soon as possibleProvides price quotes on service contracts on requestEnsures accurate recording, tracking and filing of all assigned contractsResponds to customer or internal inquiries regarding service contract entitlements, invoices and purchase ordersRaises any new or problems to management for assistanceMay coordinate with other internal departments regarding order status, invoicing, discounts, resolution of issues, etc.
Qualifications:
High School or equivalentStrong data entry skills with attention to detail and qualityProficient level of English (written and verbal)Beginner level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and OutlookCustomer service values and orientationProven professional work behaviors as attendance, teamwork and time managementStrong communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using accurate language and grammar)We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process.
