Your role and responsibilities


In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for accurately recording customer purchase orders in the order management system. Each day, you will ensure timely cross-functional issue resolution, including order cleaning for both manual and electronic orders. You will also showcase your expertise by utilizing the necessary tools and adhering to Service Level Agreements.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Products division in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.


You will be mainly accountable for:

Reviews received PO from customers and validates that matches with ABB firm offer (Scope of work, price, lead time incoterms, Terms & Conditions, etc.)Correctly generates Sales order in SAPDaily Report of new ordersCreate Project Builder/Milestones Update SAP dates Create Cloud FoldersShare Order Acknowledgment and milestones with PM and EngineeringUpdate Order entry Backlog Update Level load tracker Process mapping

Qualifications for the role

At least one and two years of professional experience related in a similar role.Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic engineeringOrder management experienceProduction Planning & Scheduling knowledge SAP experience and Project Management knowledge as desirable Fluent in English – Conversational & Written
