Job Description
This position is a temporary role designed to cover a leave of absence, with a forecasted duration of six months. The primary focus of this role will be data entry, involving the processing of customer orders received via email into the ERP system.
Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders in the automated order processing system.Act as a liaison between customers and Field Sales, providing professional account management.Review reports to ensure shipping schedules and order data are accurate.Maintain a high level of product knowledge and application using various resources and training tools.Maintain and expand the CRM database to capture customer profiles, requirements, and other relevant data.Research credit/debit memos for individual districts.Support Field Sales by processing sample requests, addressing customer concerns, and managing price requests.Review sales trends for assigned geographical areas and report changes to inventory planners and Field Sales.Essential Skills
2 - 5 years of experience in order entry or order management.Experience using an ERP system, with D365 preferred.Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.Accurate data entry skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience using a CRM system, with Salesforce preferred but not required.Work Environment
The role requires 100% in-office presence from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
