Job Description
As an Order Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing email orders from sales representatives, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining inventory levels. Your role will involve validating clinic or veterinary account information and ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently while adhering to company procedures.
ResponsibilitiesEnter email orders from sales representatives and send email replies confirming receipt or rejection of the order.Allocate inventory and release the orders to the warehouses, ensuring accepted orders are processed and sales reps are notified promptly.Review and validate clinic and veterinary account setup information, including verifying veterinary licenses to ensure accurate account setups.Maintain inventory in the sample warehouse and request additional supplies as needed to ensure timely processing of transactions.Follow company procedures for the notification of reported product defects or complaints, ensuring immediate reporting according to current procedures.Essential SkillsProficiency in order entry and data entry tasks.Strong customer service skills and a history of performing repetitive work.Exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective two-way communication.Ability to coordinate a high level of activity under various conditions with a high degree of accuracy.Judgment and discretion in communicating with sales representatives and coworkers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and/or Google Suite, with familiarity in working with spreadsheets and basic math skills.Work Environment
This role is fully in-office, requiring your presence on-site to effectively collaborate with team members and manage orders.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
