Location: Trenton, NJ

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: $18 – $22 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a Order Entry Specialist with a customer-focused approach to answer inbound calls, take orders, and close deals. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their sales skills while working with a team that values training and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries and order placement.Closing Deals: Guide customers through the sales process, tailoring product recommendations to their needs.Product Consultation: Provide showroom tours and consultations to ensure customers choose the best solutions.Order Entry & Processing: Accurately process sales orders and maintain documentation.

Ideal Candidate

Sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to be trained from the ground up.Background in service, customer relations, or upselling (e.g., retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries).Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
