Order Entry Specialist - 30 Hr/Week

•\tOrder Entry\n•\tProcess orders and review shipment details including current order pricing, terms, shipping point, \n•\tShipment and Warehouse Transfer Tracking & Logistics.\n•\tEnsure paperwork is received in a timely manner.\n•\tMonitor and track shipments and receipts in Excel, WOW and Great Plains/Netsuite\n•\tAssist in preparing orders for invoicing.\n•\tPost transactions accurately in Great Plains and WOW software.\n•\tAssign Great Plains transactions for next week’s pending transfers.\n•\tOther duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

\n\t\t\t\t\t

•\tExcellent problem solving, written, and verbal communication skills.\n•\tAnalytical & mathematical skills (including basic algebra).\n•\tProven organizational and multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.\n•\tAccurate data-entry and 10-key skills.\n•\tIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.\n•\tProficient in MS Office Suite, specifically with Excel.\n•\tExperience with Accounting Software (Great Plains preferred).\n•\tAbility to meet time sensitive deadlines, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain confidential information.\n•\tDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as needed.\n•\tDesire and drive to not simply meet but exceed expectations.\n•\tAbility to work flexible hours, as needed.\n•\tExperience: A minimum of 2 years’ related experience is required. \n•\tMust be able to occasionally lift up to and including 20 lbs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
