Primarily responsible for assisting the organization with order processing, problem solving, responding to order status inquiries, and any additional activities contributing to higher level support of customer needs. This teams deals with high spend customers with orders sometimes over a million dollars. They also deal with high volume orders, salesforce cases, and credits. The Order Management Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and managing customer orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless order lifecycle. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and focused in a high-volume environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX), obtaining clarification from Customers, Sales, Finance, and other departments when needed.
- Manage the full order cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction from order entry through delivery and resolution of issues.
- Work from Salesforce queues to process cases, inquiries, credits, and complaints.
- Create and document complaints in Salesforce, including determining root cause and processing Credit/Rebill or Credit/Reship RMAs when required.
- Provide non‑technical product and pricing information.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of order management experience
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience working with an ERP system
Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday 7:30am-5pm

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
