Join our dynamic team as an Order Entry Representative, where your excellent customer service skills will shine in a retail space. This role requires at least 3 years of experience and involves strong phone and email etiquette skills. You will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Adaptability and the ability to work under pressure are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints, and troubleshoot issues with products or services.Accurately document customer interactions within our CRM system.Comply with all Customer Care objectives, performance standards (metrics/KPIs), and policies.Stay up to date with our products to provide the best possible customer experience.Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor of Customer Care to support the success of the Customer Care team and the overall business goals.Essential Skills3 years of experience in a customer service role within a retail space.Excellent phone and email etiquette skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to adapt to changing priorities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with customer service metrics/KPIs.Experience in data entry and order entry.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Work Environment
You will work in a call center environment that is fun and fast-paced, with a casual dress code. The office is located in a new building in Torrance, close to shops and restaurants, offering a fun office environment with break areas. The workspace features large, high-walled open cubicles on the lower floor of the customer service department. There is also the opportunity for growth and promotion due to company expansion.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
