Qualifications:
2 years customer service experience handling orders or logisticsERP/MRP software experience Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent communication skillsKey Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.Order Processing: Support customers across all sales segments—Retail, Foodservice, and National Accounts—by assisting with order placement, shipment tracking, and return processing.Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our system to ensure seamless service and follow-up.Team Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to meet customer needs and enhance service delivery. Assist the sales team with onboarding new customers.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
