Work Environment

The work environment is a small, quiet office with a family-like atmosphere. The office operates Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications:

3+ years of manufacturing Order Entry experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook with 1+ years of experience.Strong clerical and data entry skills.Experience with QuickBooks and Excel.Ability to handle shipping tasks and work with shipping carriers like UPS/FedEx.

Additional Skills/Nice Haves:

Experience in a manufacturing background.Familiarity with SAP.

Job Description

As an Order Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a quiet, independent work environment and enjoys taking on varied responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Review and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.Utilize QuickBooks to enter and track orders.Research and review delivery statuses to ensure timely processing.Handle internal phone calls and manage email communication using Outlook.Assist in tracking down order acknowledgements, invoices, and credit card receipts.Provide customers with account information, orders, and receipts.Perform heavy data entry tasks including purchase orders, account information, and deliveries.Enter orders into the system, ensuring necessary follow-ups on orders and accounts.Assist with shipping and receiving products, including packaging and labeling for shipping.Engage in ongoing product knowledge and training to remain flexible and adaptable.Work with UPS/FedEx for shipping purposes as needed.Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Berkeley, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
