Job Description
As an Order Entry Clerk, you will handle incoming customer service calls, provide accurate information to customers, resolve issues efficiently, and document all interactions within our CRM system. You will also be responsible for other duties as assigned.

This is an on-site position located in Commerce, CA. The work schedule is 8am-5pm from Monday through Friday, and you will be part of a team consisting of 8 people. Our work environment is warm and supportive, with minimal micromanagement and a strong sense of team tenure. The business is entering a busy season with an uptick in shipments, providing an exciting opportunity for growth and engagement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
