We are looking for an Oracle IT Analyst with hands-on functional experience beyond end-user activities, who is motivated to build and grow a long-term career working with Oracle E-Business Suite.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver stable, scalable, and business-aligned Oracle solutions that enable efficient Procure-to-Pay operations and continuous process improvement.
This job is based in **Cluj-Napoca, Romania.**
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working **hybrid** .
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle E-Business Suite.
+ Design, configure, and support Oracle R12 Procurement modules, including Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory, and iSupplier, ensuring correct setup of profile options, flexfields, and business rules.
+ Map existing (“as-is”) business processes, perform gap analysis, and design optimized (“to-be”) processes aligned with Oracle EBS capabilities.
+ Create and maintain functional documentation, including scope documents, functional design documents, use cases, process flows, and user training materials.
+ Develop and execute functional test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
+ Provide end-user training and ongoing functional and technical support, including issue resolution and management of Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
+ Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and successful delivery of IT solutions.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and system enhancement opportunities.
**For This Role You Will Need:**
+ University degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
+ 5–7 years of hands-on experience with **Oracle E-Business Suite R12** , with strong functional expertise in Procurement modules.
+ Solid understanding of the **Procure-to-Pay (P2P)** lifecycle and related supply chain business processes.
+ Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle implementation or multiple Oracle Procurement support projects.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
+ Experience creating functional documentation and process maps.
+ Working knowledge of **SQL** for querying tables and reading packages.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English** .
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Functional knowledge of **Order Management** and **ASCP** modules.
+ Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
