Main responsibilities:

We are seeking highly experienced Oracle HCM Senior Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Techno Functional experience in implementing various HCM modules like Core HR, Benefits, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll and other Oracle HCM modules. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with integrations across enterprise and external partners and able to lead complex implementations and transformation initiatives. 

This position can be based in Pleasanton, California or Phoenix, Arizona or Dallas TX.  

Implementation Experience: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems ensuring alignment with requirements and industry best practices. Act as the subject matter expert for core HR and any 2+ HCM modules Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business and product teams to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities and best practices Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines. Be able to do POCs to demonstrate the capabilities. System Integration and Data Migration: Lead and maintain integration between Oracle HCM and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, payroll providers). Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Compliance and Security: Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards, implementing necessary controls and measures. Performance Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues related to implementations, providing ongoing support and maintenance.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and deployment processes.

 

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle HCM with expertise in core HR and any other 2+ modules like Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll. 5+ years of overall experience with HCM/HR solutions. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and implementation methodologies. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Flex Fields, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and OTBI. Proficiency in integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools. VBCS, Redwood and understanding of Agentic AI Functional Knowledge: Deep knowledge of HR processes and any other modules. Experience with conversion, data migration and integration tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle HCM certifications. Experience with cloud-based deployments. Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to HCM systems. Experience with Peoplesoft HR and Workforce Management solutions is a plus.

Knowledge of other emerging technologies like AI play for HCM space

The salary range is $ 109,700 to $ $142,580 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
